CurinosConnect provides access to Curinos data sources directly from Excel. It uses a proprietary, API-based framework to connect from your secure environment to our secure Curinos environment in the cloud. With CurinosConnect, you can manipulate and present the data based on your preferences. |

CurinosConnect requires either Office 365 or Office 2021. If you have Office 2021, please make sure installation is up to date. To install the latest Office update, you can visit: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/install-office-updates-2ab296f3-7f03-43a2-8e50-46de917611c5. CurinosConnect is not currently supported by Office 2019 or earlier. To find out what version of Microsoft Office you are using: click here. |

Troubleshooting

This indicates that your bank has likely blocked the Excel add-in feature for security reasons. Please submit an IT Ticket with your organization to initiate a review to allow the Excel add-in functionality. You may need IT’s help or admin rights to complete these instructions, but they are likely possible at your organization with an IT ticket. |

If there is no Excel add-in feature at all, you may be using an older version of Microsoft Office. The preferred Office version is Office 365 or Office 2021. If you have Office 2021, please make sure installation is up to date. To install the latest Office update, you can visit: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/install-office-updates-2ab296f3-7f03-43a2-8e50-46de917611c5. CurinosConnect is not currently supported by Office 2019 or earlier. To find out what version of Microsoft Office you are using: click here. Using CurinosConnect
Use the Data Filters in the Excel Add-in to define your data parameters:
| 1. | Make your Data Filter selections. |
A red asterisk (*) indicates that a Data Filter is required.
| 2. | To apply the data filters to the table, click . |
The Excel workbook is populated by your data. Refer to the imbedded eHelp for more in-depth support.
